The meeting will focus on collaboration and partnership development. The goals of the meeting will be 1) to identify strategies that systems of care can use to address the barriers of creating effective collaborations and 2) to provide concrete strategies for developing, implementing, and maintaining meaningful partnerships. But creating a truly family-driven system of care requires flexibility and creativity. In addition, you'll learn how other communities have effectively implemented family-driven care principals.
