| TA Partnership Webinar Participants Guide
Take a look at answers to frequently-asked questions below, or download a PDF version of the Participants Guide.
What do I need to view a TA Partnership Webinar?
The word “Webinar” might sound high-tech, but joining a TA Partnership Webinar doesn’t require you to have any special equipment or technical expertise. All you need is a computer, a phone, and an internet connection to join both the audio and visual portions of the event. Just remember that all audio is transmitted over the phone, and all the visuals are transmitted over the Web.
You have the option of joining each event with one of two versions of Raindance Seminar Edition: The Full version and the Light version.
The Light version is ideal for participants who are using Macs (Apple Computers), prefer not to install software, or have a slow internet connection. If you are not a presenter, we recommend that you use this version.
Raindance's Full version gives you complete interactivity to share visuals and video with all other participants in the conference. The Full version is required if you are one of the presenters in the conference and want to move your own slides, share documents or navigate to Web sites.
Still not sure which version you should use? Click here for specific requirements for installing and running the Full version and the Light version of Raindance Seminar Edition.
Pre-Installing the Full Version:
If you decide you to use the Full version, installing the requisite software before the event will save you time when you join, as it can sometimes take a few minutes to download onto your computer.
To preinstall, visit: https://tapartnership.on.raindance.com/

Worried about unsafe downloads or information sharing? Raindance ensures that any installation is secure and that all personal information you provide is protected by Raindance's privacy policy. (http://www.raindance.com/rndc/footer/privacyPolicy.jsp)

What are my username and password?
About your username and password:
Your username is a unique name that you determine when you first register for a TA Partnership Webinar event. After creating your first account, you’ll receive an email confirming your username and contact information.
Usernames must be at least four characters in length, start with a letter, and may not contain any spaces between characters. They can contain letters, numbers, and certain punctuation marks such as an "at" symbol (@) or a period (.). We recommend you define your username as your firstname.lastname. For example, John Smith's username would be john.smith.
Your password is used to secure entry into events and into your account information. Your password must be between 4 and 12 characters long and must contain a mix of letters and numbers. No spaces, punctuation marks, or special characters are permitted. Your password can not be the same as your username. We recommend that you define your password as lastname.yearofbirth.
