Instructions for Viewing the Sessions on the Internet

  1. Direct your browser to http://tapartnership.raindance.com.
  2. Click on the link, or copy and paste URL address to your browser. Note: You may also save this location as one of your Favorites.
  3. Click on “Participant Login.” Your browser will perform a quick compatibility test.
  4. Type in your “User ID” and “Password.”
  5. Click Continue. Follow the instructions, if you have not registered before.
  6. Click on “Recorded Events.”
  7. Click the recorded event you wish to view, to begin viewing.
  8. When finished, click “File” and “Quit.”

During Viewing

The information appears as a partial screen with the text questions on the left side.

  1. To view full screen, click “View” and select “Full Screen.”
  2. To return to the partial screen to view the text questions and answers, click the “Exit Full Screen” button in the lower left of the screen

Minimum Requirements to View the Events

  • Computer with 28.8 kbps Internet connectivity (56 kbps or better recommended)
  • Java-enabled browser (e.g., Internet Explorer 5.x or Netscape 4.51-4.79)
  • Any Intel Pentium-class chip, 266 MHz or equivalent (Pentium II at 500 MHz or better recommended)
  • Sound card with speakers

Participant Operating System Requirements

  • Windows 98 or higher
  • Mac OS 9.x family with Netscape 4.7x or higher
  • Linux Redhat 6.2 with Netscape 4.7x or higher
  • Solaris 8 with Netscape 4.7x or higher

Instructions for Non-PC Users

If you use a computer and operating system other than PC with Windows, you must use Netscape 4.7x or higher as your browser. If you do not have Netscape 4.7x or higher installed on your computer, go to the following link: http://channels.netscape.com/ns/browsers/download.jsp and install Netscape according to the instructions. When you have completed the installation of Netscape, you may be asked if you want to make Netscape your default browser. If you do not, click on “no,” and your default browser will remain as previously defined. When logging onto a Web Conference, however, you must use Netscape.
