This Webinar will examine what it really means to be a cultural and linguistically-competent system of care. Presenters will illustrate how cultural and linguistic competence can be transformative and how to implement this principle in systems and communities. Participants will gain awareness of the impact that cultural and linguistic competence can have on overall effectiveness, strategies for creating a culturally- and linguistically-competent system of care and resources that are available to support this effort.
