Collaboration is the cornerstone of any system of care, but bringing together different systems can result in conflict. This Webinar describes lessons learned from national research conducted on systems of care communities and a screening tool and techniques for identifying potential and/or unacknowledged conflict. Participants will learn strategies for creating safe environments for helping teams raise issues and handle conflicts.
