Webinar Help — Viewing Recorded Webinars

Windows Media Video Recordings

Windows Media Player is required to view Webinar video recordings for events that have occurred since September 2008. If you do not have the player installed on your machine, download a free copy of the player.

To view the video, click on the "Recording" link and the video will automatically play. If the video does not play via the "Recording" link, you can manually download the video and open it in the player. To download the video:

  • Right click on the "Recording" link and select Save Link As or Save Target As to save the video file on your computer.
  • Open the player and select File, then Open. Click on the video file to play the video.

InterCall Recordings

To access Webinar playbacks for Webinars that occurred before September 2008, click on the "Recording" link to open the InterCall Web page. To start the video:

  • Enter your first name, last name, email address, and company name in the fields.
  • Select your Internet connection speed by clicking Low, Medium, or High.
  • Click the Play Recorded Event button and the player will automatically start.
