Join the all new TA Partnership Consultant Pool!

The TA Partnership Consultant Pool is analogous to a health provider network—admission into the network and ongoing membership will be based on consumer feedback, thereby, increasing accountability and quality.

To apply, please submit the following materials:

An updated resume/vitae
Three (3) professional letters of reference, at least one from a system of care community.
A signed copy of the Principles for System of Care Development.
The TA Partnership Consultant Pool Skills Form.
The TA Partnership Consultant Pool Expertise Checklist.

The TA Partnership is also encouraging consultant teams to apply. These teams can be comprised of a youth, a professional, and a family member that can provide assistance to a system of care community in a specific content area or as part of the infusion of family-driven and youth-guided care. Each consultant team must identify a key contact person who will ensure that team participants adhere to the same criteria as individual applicants. The key contact will also be responsible for submitting three references and a brief description of the service package.

Upon receipt of this information and verification of references, the group’s information will be placed on the TA Partnership’s Consultant Pool Web page.
